Researcher Development : Practical Project Management for Researchers - tools and techniques for managing complex research projects
| Description | Theme: Education and Research Category: Education and Research About this course: This activity is for Research active staff and would be particularly useful to Early Career Researchers. This course takes place in person. This highly interactive workshop is designed to help researchers manage the complexity of today's research projects with greater confidence and clarity. Combining practical tools with peer learning and real project application, the session will support participants to structure their projects, manage time and priorities, work effectively with collaborators, and navigate uncertainty. Participants will leave with a simple, adaptable toolkit including project planning templates, stakeholder mapping approaches, and decision-making frameworks, that can be applied immediately to their own research projects.
